California Licensee to Launch Online Bilingual MegaLinker™ Yellow Pages
in San Joaquin County, CA in January, 2005


Sacramento, CA—June 28, 2004--CEO Esme Taylor of Sausalito’s Yellow Pages Superhighway, Inc. (YPS) and Rudy Roma, CEO of RCN Milestone Publications, Inc., signed a formal agreement today in order to begin the process of integrating the patent-pending MegaLinker™, an entirely new Internet revenue-generating system, for online yellow page directories with RCN’s bilingual yellow page directory, La Seccion Amarilla en Espanol.  The agreement covers the joint development, marketing and promotion of the online directory.
 
By the beginning of 2005, Mr. Roma plans to launch the online version of his printed bilingual yellow page directory that currently serves the Manteca and Tracy California communities.   Under the agreement with Yellow Pages Superhighway, RCN’s Central California Publications will conduct the beta test to integrate the MegaLinker™ with its current and future Spanish-language yellow page directories, which will serve the Central Valley of California, including Modesto and Fresno and Stanislaus County cities in 2005.

Mr. Roma said, “Local Spanish-speaking businesses and users, which have, until now, been underserved on the Internet, will have bilingual online directories aimed specifically for their use. With the unique MegaLinker system, all these businesses’ advertising reach is powerfully expanded because they can log on to display their Web sites in specific local zip codes and categories, and can even stop and start their advertising at will.  Business people can make all these choices themselves by simply logging on to the MegaLinker system through RCN’s online directories, La Seccion Amarilla en Espanol.”   

Inventor of the MegaLinker system, Ms. Taylor said, “The MegaLinker™ is the engine that drives the new  revenue and delivery system destined to relegate all standard online yellow pages to a subordinate industry.

However, this does not mean that yellow page directories will be out of business. On the contrary, integrating with the MegaLinker will substantially enhance their profits by expanding both their national and international reach as well as specifically targeting local markets for even the smallest of businesses, which has not been possible on the Internet up to now. By partnering with the MegaLinker system, as RCN Milestone has, yellow page companies can participate in MegaLinker's new revenue-sharing features, without scrapping their present systems."

Ms. Taylor expanded: “The MegaLinker system serves the global marketplace by facilitating cross-border trade, and opens many doors for large global marketing partners hungry for a new game.  Corporate advertisers can, with just a few keystrokes, display their Web sites in directories around the world in the categories, areas, dates, quantities of visitors and language of their choosing.”
