 MegaLinker
New Business Model for Internet Yellow Page Directories

Bump Rate
New Revenue Generating Model

NOTE:  To protect our intellectual property, the patent-pending MegaLinker™ technology is not completely revealed at this Web site.  If we could explain it we wouldn’t need a patent!  To better understand this new program, we would be happy to demonstrate how we have integrated MegaLinker with a demo of PCCW HKT's (Hong Kong Telecom) Internet Yellow Page Directory.

Designed to solve a fundamental industry problem, the MegaLinker™ is a new business model which services Yellow Page and White Page Directories. It functions both as a system through which small businesses can advertise in a specific local area, and also as a sophisticated global ad ordering system for large businesses who wish to advertise worldwide.   With the click of a few buttons advertisers can have their entire websites presented to users anywhere in the world, or just to a single category in one zip code.

MegaLinker™ is not a yellow pages directory.  Yellow page directories are integrated into   MegaLinker's global ad ordering system for market rate orders, or to AdCommodities™ where advertisers compete for lower rates.

AdCommodities™ is an entirely new approach to the steep decline in Internet advertising. AdCommodities™ gives companies the opportunity to set their own rates, which may or may not be challenged by other advertisers.  By tying prices directly to market fluctuations this process brings equilibrium and stability to the failed Internet advertising market.

The MegaLinker™ concept is the result of intensive research by the Yellow Pages Superhighway, Inc. (YPS), a pioneer on the Internet. Launched 1994, YPS was one of the first yellow page directories on the World Wide Web.

First unveiled at Stanford University to the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE), MegaLinker is a new paradigm and a mindbender to understand at first, even for Stanford engineers. Internet marketing as we know it is turned upside down. A live presentation is recommended.

Why 300 Yellow Page Directories Failed

Since 1994 more than 300 yellow page directories worldwide have come online, yet not a single one has yet managed to realize a profit or give its advertisers a return on their investment.

The yellow page directories attempted to combine the format used by existing Internet search engines with the format used by the very successful printed yellow pages. The results were awkward products that do not translate into financially successful electronic yellow page directories. As a result, neither advertisers nor Internet searchers were well-served.

MegaLinker's Two New Revenue-Generating Systems

MegaLinker uses the power of highly targeted demographics sold in wholesale quantities to large businesses whose success is dependent on the quantity they purchase and not on being at the top of an Internet search.  Megalinker also uses the power of highly targeted demographics to enable small businesses to confine their advertising in very small local areas.

MegaLinker also uses BumpRate technology -- a  'virtual real estate' concept with a "game element' which is an entirely new revenue-generating system.

Revenues for the MegaLinker are not derived from banner ads, keyword ranking, priority placement, Web site development, web hosting or any other revenue strategy presently being used on the Internet.
